Parma Ham, Chilli, Lime and Coriander Bocconicini

Fresh and flavoursome, these Parma Ham bocconcini can be prepared in advance and make an eye-catching dinner party starter. Simply mix together coriander, lime, chilli and honey and add mozzarella pearls. Leave to marinate and serve wrapped with slices of Parma Ham.

Makes 20 canapés `

Ingredients
20 mozzarella pearls
10 slices Parma Ham

1. Mix together all the marinade ingredients in a bowl and add the mozzarella pearls
2. Leave, covered, to marinate for 1-4 hours
3. Wrap each mozzarella ball in half a slice of Parma Ham and skewer with a cocktail stick before serving to guests
